Why is it that when I open this program (norton utilities ultimate), I am presented with a window that is cut off at the bottom with no ability to scroll downward? Settings do not help.
Did you try scroll wheel?
try mouse hover at side - do you see vertical scrollbar

just remember that norton 360 utilities has many bugs ass of now it can get fix fast in the next few mouth
