Windows 10 21H2 KB5010415

Anyone out there having ANY issues after installing KB5010415 ( Windows 10 21H2 )? I can no longer see my WiFi enabled printer(s) on any WiFi 21H2 machines. Making matters even worse, TPM 2.0 has been removed from the BIOS and not listed under tpm.msc. Dang image won't insert here the correct direction.

Closing out the issue, my TP-Link AX21 router firmware evidently had updated unnoticed, WiFi AP isolation was enabled again by default which prevented devices from being able to communicate with one another. My thoughts were that the MS update in question has caused the TPM issue, that has yet to be determined. Posted this info here in the event anyone run into a similar scenario.

Update: Nothing shows in Norton history that indicates this issue took place. Router logs also show nothing having attempted to inject anything into it as well. Many security scans later, DISM, sfc, there were corrupted files on my SSD for whatever reason. The system comes up clean. Having changed permissions on the NGC directory where the data protector keys are stored, removed the TPM 2.0 itself from device manager, rebooted, seems to have corrected the issue with TPM not being visible. I need to perform a few more restarts to validate. That being said, I have no idea what the cause was/is for TPM disappearing. I left the said Windows update on the system for the value of added protection it gives vice removal or restoring to another date and lose data.
