Since upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 I have been experiencing issues with one of my PCs where it crashes (BSOD) periodically (around every 7-10 days).
Running Bluescreenview and WhoCrashed, they seem to imply that it is Norton Internet Security that is causing the issue with culprits being IDSvia64.sys and BHDvrx64.sys.
I have checked all device drivers to determine that they are ok and compatible with Windows 10 and all seems fine. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Norton using the supplied removal and reinstall tools but the BSODs continue.
Having been plagued with these issues for 2 months, I have decided to uninstall Norton Internet Security and give it a whirl for a few weeks to see if all is ok. If it is, all would seem to point at issues with the Norton drivers and my PC. If not, hopefully, I will be a step closer to identifying the issue.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues following the upgrade to Wndows 10 and have any advice?
