Windows 10 Creators + Norton Security 22.9.1.12 Not Disabling/removing Windows Defender

Fresh install of Windows 10 Creators update tonight.  Fresh install of Norton Security 22.9.1.12 and Windows Defender is still showing as enabled.  

Live update has been run numerous times and a couple patches were applied yet Windows Defender remains.
