Until a couple of days ago I had Windows 7 + an old version of Norton Internet Security, and life was good.
A couple of days ago I upgraded to Windows 10, and then my Outlook 2007 started to experience problems. In my Outlook profile I have several different email accounts; some connect to their email server with SSL, others without.
To begin with, the SMTP connections without SSL (using port 25) stopped working, with an error "cannot connect to server". So to be sure, I also upgraded Norton Internet Security to its latest version (and also ran LiveUpdate until everything was up-to-date).
Now I experience a strange phenomenon: Sent emails are received only after several minutes... Any idea why / how to fix this?
