When i had Norton security installed, i get a problem with window 10 store. I cannot install or update any apps and when i run programs or exe files, inc. task manger it comes up with an error saying it cannot run, i then run it again and its fine. Everytime gotta run programs twice to get them to work. Also when i try the end task programs, sometimes it will not end the program, it will leave it running but in a none responese state and i cannot end task it, it says i do not have the require permissions to do that.
I had to do a fresh install of windows to sort this out. I have reinstalled all my programs apart from Norton. As i believe it is that casuing the program. All has been find without Norton. This is the 2nd time ive done a fresh install then 1st two times i had norton installed and this time i havent. I have the automatic firewall program detection switched to manual so i can say what i want connected to the internet. I dont know if it that causing the program, that it cannot pop up when i program that is a protecting program ie windows store, as i dont have permission to it.
