Hello, I am running windows 10 Pro h22 upgraded to H23. When I get a Microsoft update (KB5048652) and Norton runs a scan my system crashes and says needs to reboot. reboot does not fix the issue. Security Event viewer shows Audit Failure Logon. After removing the update all is fine. Any others having issues?
Confused just a bit with your post. You stated you upgraded to H23. Windows 10 doesn’t have a release for that version. Did you upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 11? KB5048652 is the December 6 2024 update to service stacking for Windows 10, which is for Windows Updates installation compatibility. What was the error code you got, if any?
Windows 11 23H2 was an insider preview build in 2023:
