My Norton Internet subscription was running out. I bought a new Norton Security Package with backup and installed that. Today, Norton sent me a Windows 10 upgrade which the re-set the package and told me that my Norton subscription had expired.
I have spent two hours recovering my situation and re-installing the right package. What right have you got to re-set my subscriptions? I paid for it and you wiped it.
I will not renew with Norton again. I'm so angry. I don't want to spend Friday evening undoing your mistakes. You just lost a 12 year-long loyal customer. .....Bye!
