I have 6 pc's all of which were upgraded to windows 10 (big mistake in my opinion but to late now) Have used norton360 for a good few years now on all machines.
Just about every machine I have has had problems with 360 since the windows 10 upgrade. two main problems are pc will suddenly let me know that 360 installation did not complete after working ok for a few weeks and secondly I suddenly cannot open my vault it either states wrong password (which is OK and what I have used for years or it goes round in circles tell me to "get started over and over. Using remove and reinstall usually fixes the problem but is having to be used far to often. I guess there must still be some issues between 306 and windows 10 that will not be admitted. Recently allowed Norton to remotely control my pc with the second issue and each time they put my pc in safe mode to do something and lost the chat connection each time and also left me in safe mode. On each occaision they asked for my phone number which I gave them in case of problems but each time they lost control through their own doing I patiently waited for them to call to see what happened but they did not bother.
