Windows 11 desktop app wants me to subscribe to a service i already have

Windows 11 desktop app shows i need to subscribe to ID Theft Protection, but on my mac desktop app you can see its an available tool. Why? I have access to ID Theft Protection via online account no matter what browser. Note: LifeLock with Norton Benefit Premier is my subscription.

Yes. I just brings up a pop up with a description of the service, associated benefits and the choice to purchase or go back.

Have you tried clicking on Subscribe Now to see if it allows you to sign into your Lifelock Account?
