Yes the problem continues, I do notice that more and more mail gets marked and moved to the Norton AS folder. I still can't mark junk mail as spam with the AS tool bar.
Oh I finally figured out how to just the security for web pages in IE8 So I guess you all will be able to see my post now.

Allen, NAS plug in is now working on all my computers. I have no Idea what fixed it? I am assuming that Norton solved the problem and put it in a auto update. Thanka for your work solving this problem. Cheers Clint
