Windows 7 - After last update; 360 will not autostart

After the last update; Norton wanted me to reboot... since thing, it's not autostarting OR running... I have to manually start it up... Any clues?

Thanks for the quick response.  I am a Comcast customer, and downloaded the software from their website... I do not have a product key.... Any other options?

To install Norton 360 from Comcast, please check this link instead for installing Norton Security Suite:

Before installing, in order to uninstall Norton 360: please check this link over here (it will take you to the Norton Removal Tool)  and choose "Norton Security Suite":
