Windows 7 freeze when Norton 2012 scan to VBS.RunAuto then can't find harddrive when reboot

From last week, I found the my computer will freeze if idle 25 minuts, and the harddrives will miss when reboot. Only when I turn off the power and turn on then they will come back. My first thought is the driver or bios error, after a coup of days study, I find the problem is caused by Norton internet security 2012. If Norton start (manually or auto) scan the system, when it reached the VBS.RunAuto, then system will freeze and missing the hard drive.

I try to scan under safe mode, still freeze.

Can anybody help?

My system is:
