So my friend has a Norton internet security 2011 and it suddenly started doing that everytime he tries to do a live update it runs couple seconds or sometimes minutes then if you mini the update window windows will freeze and you wil have to cut the power or hard restart the pc.
It hasnt done this before just suddenly started. We tried to fully delete the norton and then reinstall it but no luck.
Pc fully works no other crashes just norton live update is bugging.
