I just installed Windows 7 Professional x64 RTM (Clean install) on my laptop. Since the install of NIS 2010, I get 30-45 second spikes of 50%+ CPU usage of ccSvcHst.exe. Any idea as to why this is happening? It is not scanning at these peaks as far as I can tell.
