Windows 7 RTM + NIS 2009 - New User accounts do not get access to NIS Console

Hi,

  I have a problem where i installed NIS 2009 to a new install of Windows 7 RTM under user account A.  I then created a user account B and restarted the computer.

 

Now when i go into user account B there is no NIS2009 icon in the taskbar, nor am i able to click on the icon to load it.

 

If i do, nothing happens for about a minute then Norton One click support comes on and trys to connect to support, eventually i get an error window saying:-

 

Error  "unable to open this norton product" (8504,4)

please restart your computer

 

I've tried that with no luck.

 

It does still work perfectly under User account A though.

 

Can you help?
