I found virtualapp/didlogical under Credential Manager in Control Panel.  It shows a Username and password.

Does it regards Norton 360 ? Because I am going to delete it ...

Thanks for asking first! If you want to crash your computer do go deleting files blindly  ..... it's a sure recipe! 

 

I can't advise you about the file so hang on but googling would indicate that it comes from WIndows Live --

Before you dlelete I'd suggest a full system scan to see if you have any malware as some suggest in those threads; Norton Power Eraser is a powerful tool also but if you do use it don't act on anything it lists without first checking here because like all deep-digging tools it can record false positives that need to be ignored.

 

See if you get any suggestions from any who have run into this.
