Windows 7 working, OSX 10.7.4 isn't

Hello,

 

I have 4 children. One is on a Windows 7 Laptop and the other 3 are on iMac's with OSX 10.7.4.

 

NSM seems to work perfectly on the Win7 Machine but not at all on the 3 Macs.

 

I've trawled through this forum trying everything I can from reinstalls to switching things on and off to get it to "take".

 

On the Macs, the tick icon appears at the top of the screen and all the settings indicate its working. I can even pull up the House Rules on each Mac. Each user is associated with a NSM account at the website.

 

Any ideas?
