There are over a dozen reports of this in the forums all with different "answers." None have worked for me yet. I attempted to call tech support and have them log in to my system but with the very limited English and "canned" responses I could not tolerate the ineptness. Has anyone experienced the Action Center in Win7 reporting that NIS2012 is turned off and thus flags you for needing virus protection/firewall and spyware protection? If so, how did you fix this?
