Windows 8 NIS2011 ??

Hi all,

 

I happen to have a few unopened copies of NIS2011 - To burn up the licenses I was wondering if 2011 will work on Windows 8 pro 64Bit ?? I have 2012 and 2013 running around here, just wanted to use these licenses up

 

Any thoughts
