This is my Desktop with Win-7; I also have a Laptop having Windows 8-A, on which Norton has stopped working. Last week Norton representative even did an Norton Remove and Reinstall after which it worked, but now when I click on the Norton Icon, the program does not respond at all. It just does not start, thus I am unable to seek Norton Help from that computer. At present due to Win-10 problem, it takes ages to get their help and then too as per my past experience, it works for a short time. If anyone has faced a similar problem and overcome it, I will be grateful.
