I have come to realize that, unlike most other users here, both Windows Defender AND Norton seem to be inactive and are turned "off". Even when I attempt to turn Norton back on, nothing happens. (And yes, I have tried turning it off and on again). When I open the app itself, it says that a scan was completed yesterday, so I am not really sure what to think about this. Please help!
