Today I contacted norton su[pport online and they told em everything was fine. I checked some of the folders and looked in this is what i found. Also what trripped me off was that when i checked the report card it said there were 3 protected networks, i only have one
PC. In task manager there are windows enterprise programs running that I can't access or stop , or look in the file folders, namely crss, lock app and others like txt input and sihost. I have windows 10 home edition and shouldn't have these on there. I am guessing the agent I talked to was a fake? Please help me I can't remove these networks or even see them. Also programs that I have blocked in norton firewall are running as network services in task manager and when I close them manually they simply reappear and start again, when i try and change the service it doesn't stop it. You can e-mail me at [Removed]. I am not sure if I will be able to check this again.

The other networks are things like localhost, which are completely legitimate and necessary. They are networks that your system uses for internal communications. You should also not be stopping services that you are unfamiliar with. Just because you do not know what they are or what they do does not mean that they are not needed for your system to operate successfully. Of course services you block in the Norton Firewall (why are you blocking them?) continue to run -- the firewall only determines what can have access to your network, not what should be running on your system. Why are you even messing with these things?

My Report Card lists 3 Wired Networks Protected on my laptop yet I only have one active network adapter. I'm not a network expert by far and I'm sure more knowledgeable folks than I can explain it far better but, what I believe you're seeing are the different networks generated such as your local machine, home network, and router. So what your seeing in Report Card is more than likely normal.

csrss, lockapp, text input, and sihost are components of Windows 10 OS.
If you're concerned your system is infected, I'd run a full system scan with Norton.
Additionally, you can download Malwarebytes for Windows and run it as a second opinion scanner for added assurance.
