Windows 8.1 on my new Tablet has failed so I am having to have it returned to 'factory condition'. When I get it back (hopefully in a few days) I presume my Norton Anti-virus will have been wiped out along with everything else, so I will have to re-download / re-install. I just wish to check that this is correct and that it will be straightforward, as I will want to re-establish protection as soon as I have regained my internet connection. Fortunately I have my subscription number and my account password.
