my friend is also a user of norton, today she started having problems when turning on her computer, this is what she told me was happening:
the computer told me there was a corrupt file and to run a disc check, so I did. when the system restarted, windows security center told me the firewall wasn't turned on though I fixed it. but it also said there isn't an anti virus protection program installed, though norton is turned on and running
what does this mean? how can it be fixed?
