I am a big fan of Norton products and it always gives me secured feeling. But now I am facing a severe problem with my laptop which is as below:
I have a second Dell laptop which was with my friend from few years with Intel I3 and had windows 7 and Quick heal installed. So after purchased Norton and removed Quick heal, I installed Norton Security 2015 and It ran successfully before restart. But after restart it starts giving problem. My system completely froze for 30 min and then I saw desktop icons coming one by one in every 2 min which takes another 10-20 min for coming system in completely working condition. But it happens every time I shutdown and start my system.
I tried removing and reinstalling Norton 3-4 times and removed/disabled many startup items but issue still as is. After then yesterday I upgraded OS from Win 7 to Win 10 free upgrade thinking that issue might got fixed but again same issue after restart. No clue how to fix it. 
Is there any program or registry entry or something which is clashing with Norton? Please provide me a solution.
few Machine details: Win 10 (currently), 64 bit , Intel Core i3 processor, 4GB RAM.
