Hi,
Windows Live Mail is a web based serice and none of the content resides on your computer. In order to do a backup of any content you will first have to download onto your system. Then 360 or Ghost can be used to make a backup.
A solution would be to use one of the free email clients, like thunderbird, to bring the content to your system. Then it can be incorporated into a backup job.

I don't know if you can point N 360 to where WLM stores the mail but here's what Microsoft say about backing up:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/mail-import-backup-restore
and here's how to find where the eamail is saved to so if you can point Norton 360 to that it might work but the question may be whether you can import it again if necessary ...
