Reviewing this forum I see that Norton Online Family does NOT support monitoring of Windows Live Messenger 2011. This was raised by some concerned users at the beginning of the year and here we are 10 months later still with no support. This is a major gap in the IM monitoring side and so would very much appreciate anyone from Symantec providing an update. Is support even planned? If so, when might this be implemented?
