Windows Office Live and Website Verification

Hello, I have a windows office live website, and would like to get it verified for Norton's online base.

One can do such here: https://safeweb.norton.com/site_dispute

Norton says I have to do this:

1. Do one of the following:

a. Copy the following meta tag and paste it into your Web site's home page. It should go in the <head> section, before the first <body> section.
<meta name="norton-safeweb-site-verification" content="w03-ycaivwwgawh3cs5ov8p5hf8rnmcpkiu21eu78kpb1ryxwzxyviocj7yd6onbu5133tbxa-lkf0o6dbw2pt8soux0mp-bfpsyueda2j4o7zyyjllwgf-tgcr--hc1" />

b. Create a file with the following file name and content:

File name: nortonsw_8a5afb30-dc8e-0.html
File content: w03-ycaivwwgawh3cs5ov8p5hf8rnmcpkiu21eu78kpb1ryxwzxyviocj7yd6onbu5133tbxa-lkf0o6dbw2pt8soux0mp-bfpsyueda2j4o7zyyjllwgf-tgcr--hc1

Add this file at the root folder of your Web site.

Verify that the file is publicly available at:

2. Log on to Norton Safe Web, click my profile to open the user profile page
3. Click site dispute and under Actions column, click verify site ownership.

To submit the Web site for re-evaluation

1. Click the following link to submit a Web site for re-evaluation:

Thank You!

On Windows Office Live we can't submit documents to the root, and the meta tags are done through an "easy box" where we simply type in the tags instead of using the html.

How can I get my site verified? Please help.

Thank you.
