I get error 80246002 when I try to run Windows Update on my Windows 7 computer. It last automatically checked for updates earlier today, but when I manually try to update, I get the error code. Other people are having the same issue according to the Windows forum, but I would appreciate any suggestions here. Today I did uninstall the 2982791 update which was the subject of the previous very helpful post. But now I need the new update and I can't get it.
