Did you go to the Adobe main website or did you click on the notification to get the Adobe Flash Player update?  If you clicked on the notification (pop up) then can you try going to the main Adobe website and try getting the update from there.

 

You might like to try uninstalling the graphic drivers, use help and support from the start menu and/or use a reputable website to find out how to do this.  Restart the computer and this should put the drivers back, if this makes no difference than go to the computer manufactures main website and check for graphic driver updates.

I would suggest you PM Gayatri_R and reference your last post and the results. 

 

I am starting to wonder if there isnl;t more than a Norton situation - as once again an update has messed up Norton. First windows update and now Flash Player update.

 

I am wondering if Norton might need some more logs, and or might want to lok at the present condition of your system - prior to you trying any other fixes.
