I'm getting the Error No Mapping between account names and security ids was done when trying to install Norton Ghost 15.0. I've read the threads on this issue but the fixes don't seem to work. My user account is set up as an administrator. I've tried the "run as administrator" suggested in an earlier string, but It fails because it asks me for the Administrator password which has never been set on this computer. Any suggestions?
