Windows XP SP3 and NAV Corporate Edition 9.0.3.1000

The latest updates for NAV Corp 9 cause Windows XP SP3 to display the blue screen of death. NAV must be removed to fix the problem. Does anyone have a fix for this short of changing to McAfee?
