The title says it all. I upgraded from XP32 to W7 64 bit. I had a Norton subscription with about 2 months left. Naturally, I've lost my original order number, username, password, etc. However, all my Symantec Program files and Live Update information is in my Windows.old directory. Buried in some Live Update files appears to be my login credentials.
Can someone please help me gather the information I need from the Windows.old directory to prove to Symantec that I'm a real customer who needs to reinstall their product?
