Winfax

Hi there. This is my first time here. I cannot really find a specific forum on this topic, so I hope I am in the right place.

Right now I am having a sick feeling that I am going to get a HUGE long distance bill. I have Symantac ACT! 2000 and Winfax PRO 9.0 that work together. I normally only use it for local calls, however, I had a bunch of long distance faxes to send, so I set up a calling card to use and when I called the calling card on my telephone after faxes were sent (to see how many minutes I have left?) the card shows that NO minutes were used. (I sent over 100+ faxes). What I am wondering is I went into DIAL SEQUENCE and set up ACCESS NUMBER (which is a 10 digit local number) and set 1. Service Access Number (which is 10 digits), #2 . Calling Card & Pin Number and #3 with Phone Number. The calling card only needs a 10 digit number (no 1-). The Long Distance Access is default to 1 and the International Access is 011. I tried to erase those numbers, but it won't allow me. So I think all my long distance faxes had the 1 in front of them and is billed to my phone...not my card.

Does anyone know how I can set this so that the long distance 1- does not get added? Thanks.
