WinXP sp3, NIS 2009, and Terminal Services?

Hello

Ok, as one could imagine by this being my only post and my subject line, I'm having issues with NIS 2009. :)  Here's the scoop:  I've downloaded the NIS2009 upgrade (I've upgraded from 2007), and after following all of the installation procedures (norton tool x2, etc.), when 2009 is installing, the installation dialog box simply disappears and doesnt give any indication of completing installation.  It appears to be installed (It's on the start menu, its on the add/remove programs list, etc.) but when I try to run it, nothing happens until the automatic help window opens up and tries to troubleshoot.

I've attempted everything in the troubleshoot file without any luck, up to setting Terminal Services to automatic (it was on manual) and starting it up, however I cant get Terminal Services to start.  When I attempt to start it, a dialog box will pop up and say the following:

"The Terminal Services service on local computer started and then stopped.  Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts Service."

I'm hoping this is the issue with NIS2009, and that there's an easy way to get Terminal Services to start.

Any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thank you!

-Chris

Ok I read the post a couple down that bard left, with the workaround of the Terminal Service feature, and it worked...however I still would like a fix for my original issue if possible!
