I've just installed Norton Antivirus 2012 and now my wireless printer won't print or scan. Does anyone know how to solve?

Is this a new system or are you replacing a security product? If it's a replacement, how did you remove the previous product?
Have you checked the network security map to see how that device is listed and its permission?

New system. Norton Antivirus 2012. Where do i adjust to allow the printer?
Even new systems can have trialware installed from the factory. Can you be sure there was nothing on the system when you bought it?
Plse tell us which brand/type of printer you have...and which firewall software you use. Sure you are not using Norton Internet Security, as most printer problems mostly are due to firewall programs?
Did you first install the printer software and Antivirus later?
If so, reinstall the printer software, as the printer software might not have discovered and adjusted the firewall. If not, then come back here with further details.
Most printer software nowadays should discover the antivirus/firewall programs and adjust them accordingly.
Plse tell us if problem is solved and how.
