I recently opened an account using the same username and E-mail account. The program has not been responding to changes in time restrictions (each time my child used the computer it said that his time was up, even after I changed the restrictions to 24 hours/day permission). I have deleted the application and would like to close these accounts. Please E-mail confirmation of closure of the program account and forum account. Thanks!
I discovered the error that I was making with the time settings, but would still like to close the account as I will be using a different E-mail account. Thanks!
