I currently have NIS 2009 with 93 days left. I am considering initially upgrading to 2010 via free update from update centre.
When my subscription approaches running out I plan to renew via inputting a key from boxed version of NIS 2010.
Does it matter which boxed version I buy ?

NIS 2010 1 user 3 computer upgrade for £28.99 (rrp £39.99)
For some reason the full version is cheaper than the upgrade, but will this work as an renewal key, or require me to uninstall and reinstall from scratch ?
