With VPN on, windows shows no internet connection on task bar

If I have VPN turned on, windows taskbar shows not internet connection, even though I can connect and do most internet related tasks. Mostly, outlook, OneDrive and other windows features will not work. They don’t try to access the internet, they just assume no connection since the icon in systray says there is not one.

i dont now much aboute vpn but try to repiar ore reinstall it agian and dont has any files left so the old files dont effeckt the system

Thanks for the suggestion, I’ve done this and it does not resolve the issue.
