Issue abstract:WMplayer trj script snh-gen
Detailed description: when playing music norton came up with the message wmplayer.exe script trj snh-gen and repaired the file
cant find it in the quarentine folder
any solution
i did a deep scan with norton and it was clean
Same issue here, I get this notification over and over. scanned PC multiple times over the week but they came out empty, even when scan was ongoing this notification popped up 3 times scan said no issues,
What I find odd, is that I can quarantine this over and over, and the notification says the issue was fixed, but In History says the issue was not resolved
Same issue here. Keeps happening over and over while using windows media player. Assume it is a fluke on Norton’s part but it would be nice to receive an official explanation.

Hey same issue. Windows 10 (64bit). Latest Windows Media player from the Microsoft Store. Norton updated as far as I know.

All: On Windows 10 Pro 22H2 my machine did ask for a codec from the Microsoft Store to download. I executed the download without any issues or detections. IMA I am NOT on the Norton version 25.xx install, still on the last version prior which was 22.24.8.36. WMP is performing normally as it should.

Since a few weeks I have the same problem as mentioned above: I keep getting the same warnings when using WMplayer, the script is said to be quarantained but nothing found there. Nothing further seems to happen, wmplayer keeps playing, but it’s strange and annoying. By the way, I only use wmplayer for audio-files, and have never encountered any problems before
I am using Windows 10 Enterprise, version 22H2, Norton version 25.8.10387.947
I am now on Norton 360 Deluxe, latest version 25.8.10387 (build 25.8.10387.947). No issues using WMP. Please note my other posting about the codec that was required earlier this year.
