Wondershare Helper Compact; This popup keeps asking if it may make changes to my computer. Should I delete it from my PC?

Is the wondershare helper compact needed on my computer? If I delete it, will that adversely affect the performance of the computer? I am uncomfortable with pop-ups that ask me to let them make changes to my computer.  Toshoba computer, windows 10
