I enter sweepstakes every day all year and use identity safe to fill my entries. On about.com when you enter a sweepstakes most of the time it brings up an ad banner at the top for every page you view. Up until a few days ago identity safe would automatically pop up as usual once the page was loaded and now it ignores it. Is there a way to fix this? It worked on Firefox 13 and then decided it didn't want to work on Firefox 13. I have now updated to Firefox 14 and its still not filling on contests.about.com. I have updated Norton 360 several times and restarted.
I have Norton 360 6.2.1.5 and Firefox 14.0.1 as of (7/18/2012).
Here is a sample address of for one of the pages. http://contests.about.com/gi/o.htm?zi=1/XJ&zTi=1&sdn=contests&cdn=hobbies&tm=17&f=00&su=p284.13.342.ip_&tt=2&bt=1&bts=0&zu=http%3A//sweepstakes.petsmart.com/alternate
(Click "turn off this top frame" once you visit the address above and notice how identity safe magically decides to work)
In order to use identity safe now I have to click "turn off this top frame" which causes the web page to load without the ad banner. This wouldn't be a problem but I enter 7 pages of sweeps every day year around and its gets old and time consuming really quickly.
