I'm having trouble getting our WordPress site to verify. We don't have access to the site's root to put the HTML file, but we have successfully added the meta tag. The site still won't verify.
The site is http://prosora.com
It automatically redirects to http://www.prosora.com. Not sure if this is causing the verification issue.
The Safe Web issue was started by a file on http://rmm.prosora.com. That site has been verified. We've cleaned up the offending file on the site and need to get the re-evaluation process started for both sites.
I'd really appreciate some help getting this resolved.
