I purchased Norton Family Premier mainly as an app blocker for my two sons' phones. Norton works fine on one phone (a Google 6P) but does not work on the other phone (an Honor 5x). In fact, none of the house rules really work on it. I've reinstalled it. Reset everything and nothing. The best case is that it works for a short period of time (a few minutes or so). But as soon as my son turns the phone off (or even in sleep) and back on, the app blocking feature no longer works. And none of the phone activity is tracked. I've tried everything. What am I missing?
