worst customer service ever

Bought norton internet securities July 1st, after 4 hours live chatting with a tech (and remote assistance) product was still NOT installed.  Called July 2nd or 3rd for refund (case #229***40) was told by phone customer service she would refund half AND install the product for me.  One hour later still NOT installed so I was promised the balance to be refunded.  One month later still no refund.  Another live chat.  Another "promise" to refund the balance.  One month later still no refund.  Another live chat (tonight) with HORRIBLE tech "cristina" (case #238***72)  who informed me that if I wanted a FULL refund I should have said so.  DUH - I did - TWICE. Then she "checks" her records and tells me that were processing issues.  I just "need to verify my billing address," BUT as I am typing she disconnects.  Then I call customer service and get "rose" who tries but informs me that there are "processing issues" and she CANNOT issue a refund - Hmm - familiar theme here?  I guess that this is REALLY how norton makes its money.  Twenty-six un-refunded dollars at a time.  Hit 100 customers and you just pulled in 2600 (easily doable in an hour with a few staff). Now do that for 8 hours and day and you've got bank.  nice.
