My problem began around six months ago when I realized that Norton was hindering my ability to use a few programs. Once I noticed this error, I immediately contacted a support agent through the chat. He immediately denied my claims as he believed that Norton is infallible and it couldn't possibly be causing such an error. I continued to prove my case by showing him the operation of these programs before and after I disabled Norton and I eventually convinced him. However, he was unable to do anything because he is supposedly only trained in Norton software. As such, I contacted several more support agents who were equally as adamant and incompetent. I had to spend several hours with each before they finally elevated my case to higher support. They told me hold on while I transfer you to another agent and this other agent never picked up after waiting for hours. Thus, I had to explain myself to another 20 or so agents for 200+ hours about the same problem because they disconnected me. They told me wait 24 to 48 for a call. No call. Again, they told me wait 24 to 48 for a call. No call. Another time, they told me wait 24 to 48 for a call. No call. I keep waiting, keep explaining, keep fighting with a bunch a dummies who don't have enough sense to pick up the line forget about diagnosing my problem. Nevertheless, my case has been escalated to level 3 and they still haven't made any attempt to actually solve the problem. Only false promise to call, transfer, and solve the problem. I don't want your sympathy. It's a load of crap. I want an immediate solution and compensation for a summer that I have completely wasted talking with the lousiest customer service in my life.
