I am really frustrated right now. I am trying to activate a Norton update. The update steps say to copy and paste and don'tr really make sense because I am supposed to paste what I copy in the window that pops up. It doesn't pop up. I am running Chrome. I opened Internet exploder to see if that would work but still nothing. I figure maybe it is because I am running Vista. I go to tech support. The chat link doesn't work. The email doesn't work because you have to have a product code to even send an email about not having a product code. When I put in the product code that I do have, it won't accept it. Wow! What a run-around. I would hate to think that I was having some sort of serious virus problem.
Can someone from Norton please contact me and let me know how to activate whatever it is that you sent to me so that I can stay updated?
