wrong code/password/product

hi, i have norton internet security with 5 computers. Recently attempted to add a 4th, only to be told my product was 2008, and out of date. Contacted chat line who advised that the product code on my account was wrong, and gave me the correct code.  I have just checked, and they have not changed my account, so product code still wrong. I dont have another hour to waste on the chat line, and tried emailing them, but as usual, no reply. Any ideas welcoms. john
