I recently renewed my NIS and did a remove and reinstall. After finishing this I opened up Norton and its all in spanish. No clue how or why. I checked my norton accnt and it says the product language is spanish- latin american. If i have the english version then renew, why would it change to spanish and how do i get the english vesion back.

Did you ever purchase a spanish-latin american version and install that or use the key to activate an installation? If you did that can later control the language installed after for example using the Norton Remove & Reinstall Tool or the Download button on your MyNortonAccount.
Just for information since as Dick indicates the best thing is to sort it out with the Norton OnLine Support Team via the CHAT link he gives.
